This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Mysig stuga ute i vildmarken inte långt från polcirkeln. Stugan har el, el värme, wifi och det finns tillgängligt till vatten från kall källa, bäckar, men även inne från huvud byggnad. dunkar fixar vi.Finns även parkering. Cozy cottage in the wilderness not far from the Arctic Circle. The cottage has electricity, electric heating, wifi and there is access to water from cold spring, streams, but also inside from the main building. we can fix dunks. There is also parking.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is outside. In the area there are fishing waters, hiking trails, swimming area, mushroom and berry fields. If you want tips, let us know, we are happy to help and help you get the most out of the area.

Här finns sovrum med två sängar och bäddsoffa för två, dusch, toalett, fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin! En braskamin för lite kyligare kvällar och ett uterum som förlänger sommarens ljusa kvällar!
