Due to its high altitude, the property is in one of the coldest regions of Brazil, with the highest snowfall in the country. It is only 1 km from the access gate to Pedra Furada. The chalet has one of the best views of the entire Serra Catarinense!

The shower is heated by gas, and warms up very well on extremely cold days.
