Västerdal is a typical Småland cottage with a large garden and views down over Lake Bolmen. Here you can relax, but there are also all possibilities for outdoor activities close to both the lake and the forest. A really lovely swimming area can be found within about 1,5 km. And if you want to walk down to the lake, it is about 700 meters. Do you have an electric car, we have an electric car charger at the house!

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is amazing and it is not impossible to see deer and moose grazing on the field. At the back there is a large deck where you see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9km to central Halmstad and 7km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15-minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

A large island in the middle of Lake Bolmen, Bolsmö. In the northern tip, a neighborhood, Håringe. On the hill, a typical Swedish stuga. View from the terrace to the lake 200 meters away. The light of the sunrise through the large living room windows. The open living and dining area is the center in every season. The stuga is set up in such a way that my family and I are always happy to be there. It takes longer to get somewhere, but why do you want that?

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will stay as a couple in a part of the house. It is modern and chic. Private bathroom and kitchen. No shared use! One minute to the water by boat and two bikes to explore the area. Whether boating, picking berries and mushrooms, fishing, cycling or relaxing on the terrace. Here you can relax. The landlord speaks German and tries to meet all requests.
