It is a generous relaxing space, luxuriously appointed, with a glorious garden perfect for family get-togethers or as weekend retreat. You can enjoy plenty of walks direct from the cottage and are a few minutes from the sea, woods, moors and all the New Forest has to offer, including a great pub close by!

Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Country Escape in Modern Cottage

Woodstown Cottage is the private annex to Woodstown House. Newly refurbished, walking distance to open forest and 10 minute drive to the coast, ideally located to cover all outdoor pursuits. With beautiful country views, the bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, bathroom with electric shower, spacious living room, separate fully fitted kitchen and enclosed garden which is safe for dogs. The living room has a sofa bed which could accommodate two small children or one older child.

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area under the stairs.

Hackney Park Coach House

Hackney Park is situated in a commanding setting adjoining the New Forest. Comfortable, small and cosy accommodation, well equipped. Ideal location for touring and walking - lots of interesting places to visit. The internet is not great here in the Forest but is always accessible by using the conservatory on the front of the main house which is always open. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement.
