The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der Südvorstadt, einem alternativ geprägten Stadtteil. Das Herzstück der Südvorstadt bildet die belebte Einkaufsmeile der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Nicht weit weg vom bunten Treiben der „KarLi“ befindet sich das Apartment in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Finally relax, chill, swim or do sports such as cycling, inline skating, hiking or water sports, everything is possible. Then we have something for you, a whole vacation home for you alone. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).

Cozy apartment in a two-family house in a residential area with a play street not far from Leipzig. The city center of Leipzig can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.
