You are welcome to book our house at a discounted "try-on" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar cells, and not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and is now 98% complete. All functionality is ready, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, idyllic place to stay on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago, but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

Own part of villa, with sauna, charging box for your electric car

Fully newly-built apartment in the villa! Sleeps 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You'll get a code for the door from the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available.

Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Relax with family and friends in this cozy home located in the heart of Hersby. The house is in a quiet dead end street 2 minutes walk from Lidingö Centrum. Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with a playroom, several TV rooms and different places for meals. Nice sunny plot from morning till night, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm's inner city for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.
