Cozy apartment at the source of the Neckar.

Cozy quiet apartment on the upper floor in a central location of Schwenningen am Neckar. All possibilities for shopping, shopping or gastronomy within walking distance. The surroundings offer, among other things, the Neckar origin in the nature reserve with beautifully landscaped paths. The Black Forest is almost right outside the front door. Lake Constance can also be reached in 30 minutes by nearby highway. Lovers of historic city centers will find what they are looking for in Villingen and Rottweil.

The cozily furnished 6-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our 200-year-old wooden house creates a vacation atmosphere in the wildly beautiful Toggenburg. Wooden walls and plank floors create a pleasantly homely atmosphere. The optimally equipped accommodation is also suitable for long-term stays and family vacations. Our modern 90-square-meter, three-room apartment is the perfect starting point for a wonderful mountain holiday with family or a group. The apartment is located in the most popular area, super central in Oberstdorf, close to all local attractions. Within walking distance to restaurants, the ice sports center, cable cars, the cinema, and cultural events. Just a short drive to one of the seven cable cars in the two-country ski region of Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal.

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.
