Peaceful, view, garden with outdoor seating

Bedroom 1: Single bed Bedroom 2: two single beds Bedroom 3: double bed Bedroom 4 (small): sofa bed Living room: sofa and dining table with chairs for 6 people. Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Apartment near the university, in a high basement.

Note: on Sundays we check in after 6 pm. The apartment has a private entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for that. But we're pretty peaceful, especially on weekdays. We have a cat.

Great and homey apartment, with electric car chargers

In this place your family can live centrally between Skien and Porsgrunn city center, right by grocery stores and bus stops. Can rent city bikes right by the grocery store. Walking distance to shopping center and Fritidsparken, what you can swim, hike, play frisbee golf, paddle tennis, mini golf, tennis, climbing park +++ There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, but we can make more beds and on the sofa. The apartment is fully furnished, with dishes and everything you will need for cooking in the kitchen.

Cozy newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment. One bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, the other with 140 x 200. Fully furnished with all the appliances etc. New bathroom in 2024. Private patio. possibility for EV charging by appointment. The apartment is centrally located on Gulset, 10 minutes from Gromstul. Perfect for workers at the data center! Great hiking areas nearby, and frequent bus connection if it is desired to take public transport to Skien city center. Wireless internet available.

Leiligheten er nær offentlig transport, ligger midt i sentrum i Gamlebyen og har nærhet til Krona, skisenter og turområder. I tillegg nær kulturtilbud og ti min gåtur til Kongsberg Næringspark. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av stemningen, beliggenheten og vertskapet. Men du må like dyr da du vil dele hagen med en wheaten terrier og en katt. Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

Great apartment on the 2nd floor of Telegata 6. The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking places provided It has 65 inch TV with smart function , wifi is provided Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Gatekjøkken , restauranter, matbutikker i en radius av 100-200 meters 6 adults and 1 child Should there be more- please let us know and we will find a solution Welcome to a pleasant stay with us :)

Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
