You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

The Lake House is located just a short walk to the Beach, Pinky’s , The Rusty Reel Bar (below Pinky’s) and The Marina. The beach offers a beautiful playground, pavilions, exercise equipment, pickleball courts and a frisbee golf course!

This cozy 2-bedroom country house sits on 8 acres, sleeps 4 and overlooks Clinton Lake with amazing views. We offer a hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, 10 miles of hiking, hunting, and horse trails. The boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway and across the street. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. All guests must be 18+. The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!
