2 houses with pools, 1 of which is heated year-round

I offer 2 houses for 4 people in a vacation residence that is lively in July/August and peaceful the rest of the year. They are about 150 m from each other. Ideal for stays with friends/family while maintaining privacy. Very well equipped. Multisport ground, petanque courts, ping-pong and swimming pools, one of which is covered and heated year-round. Restaurant/bar in the summer. Between Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 minutes from the sea. Possibility to rent only one house.

Our house is situated on the island Piot in the municipality of Avignon, at 8 minutes on foot maximum of the heart of Avignon, its historic center, its theaters. You will not at all need to take your vehicle to make you there. Magnificent ballads on the island.

Small stone house and wooded garden

This small stone house is at the end of a small green garden all along. The house is very nice, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it is pleasant even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. A large table and a plancha allow you to enjoy grilled meats and vegetables under the olive trees.
