La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

Wonderful villa with sea views over the Mediterranean Sea, only 50 meters to the beach. Big plot with 32 m2 swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ and large artificial golf green, so you can play golf in the garden. The house sleeps up to max 4 adults and 2 kids with 3 bathrooms and one common kitchen/living room. It has several terraces in all directions providing sun or shade as you prefer. Outdoor parking on plot. Bars/restaurants just next doors. Shopping just minutes away by car.

"Vintage" house on the beach, south-facing, Spain.

My house is beautiful, old, family-friendly, functional. I maintain it with my soul as an artist, its price corresponds to its obsolescence, I love it that way, it is a way of life. If you like the new, please let me know! 4 bedrooms (8 beds), 2 bathrooms with toilet + 1 toilet , large living room. Sunshine, water temperature: Beautiful. Mountains, palm grove, sea, fishing village, sea shuttle, diving, sailing, surfing, cycling, hiking, Iberian culture, quiet, delicious in all seasons.

Fantastic bungalow, right on the beach, first line

In this accommodation you can breathe peacefully, you go directly to the beach, it is a very large and uncrowded beach, ideal for children as it is shallow. The protected natural park of Las Salinas begins 50 meters away, with wild beaches and beautiful walks, and it has a huge colony of aquatic birds, especially flamingos and herons. Santa Pola is a tourist town with a great promenade with a great variety of restaurants, beach bars and the beautiful island of Tabarca.

An outdoor shower is positioned beside a lush green lawn, with a sparkling swimming pool visible in the background. The sun shines brightly overhead, creating a warm atmosphere. Palm trees can be seen surrounding the pool area, adding to the tropical feel.
