The entrance boasts a wood-burner and cosy sitting area It is very centrally situated on junction 3 of the M55/M6 It is 15 minutes drive from, Blackpool Lytham & Preston. Only 45 minutes drive to the Lake District A short train trip to Manchester and Liverpool Very close to many wedding venues including Ribby Hall, The Villa , Singleton Hall WE HAVE NO INDOOR KITCHEN.

Leafy Lodge Annex with private garden

Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

Great location close to Queens promenade Blackpool, beach and gardens for lovely walks. You can walk along the prom to Blackpool town centre to be in the hustle and bustle or walk to Bispham for its independent cafes. You can park your car and use the trams to get around easily as we are just located across from the prom.

Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.
