Sleeps 10 with sweeping water views, a Yamaha piano for creatives, cozy fire pit, and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for families, friends, creative retreats or getaways — year-round. Quick note: While Acadia is accessible via the ferry, we do not recommend Swan’s Island as a “home base” for doing multiple days at the park as the last ferry runs at ~5pm. But it is a beautiful place to start or end!

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed only, with a 45 lb weight limit, $40 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.

Timeless Tides Cottage

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing!
