Take the opportunity to stay on a farm, in a newly built apartment/cabin, close to grazing animals. Gillsättra is an old charming row village. In the middle of the island, close to everything. Access to garden and large lawns. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden/bridge. Many nice walking opportunities in nature. In the countryside there are the flies, roosters like crazy and work carried out in the yard. Smaller dogs are welcome, larger dogs get too crowded in the small apartment.

Located next to our residential house with the ability to park in our driveway. The apartment has a room with a small kitchen, double bed, sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Bed linens and towels can be rented. Please note that toilet paper and paper towels are not included.

Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.
