Hi, we're a family renting out a farm/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Vi har en fin vandringsled på Bergö. Lägenheten är i en skild byggnad, på vår gård Havsglimt. Det finns plats för ca 4-5 personer. Lägenheten har sovalkov, badrum, öppet kök i kombination med vardagsrum, badrum samt ett sovloft. Det ingår sängkläder, handdukar. På gården finns höns, i närheten betar får. På Bergö finns även butik.

The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.
