The house is about 50 m2 with porch of about 60 m2 around. Car parking spaces for 3 cars. Electric car charger. There are marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a beach with a diving board and floating jetty. Great open land for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord.

The house is idyllically located on the Christmas rope at the entrance to Lillesand. Right outside the door you will find nice free areas, with large lawn, sandy beach and good swimming possibilities for all ages. Shared jetty (own boat spot can follow), just outside the house. Plunge boards and several free areas/swimming areas 1 min walk away. Lillesand city centre is just a 5 minute walk away, where you will find restaurants and local shops. The zoo and Sørlandssenteret are also close by, only 15-20 minutes by car.

Welcome to our farmhouse! We'll be home all summer and want to host our backyard house, which has its own bedroom. The farm is in daily operation, with sheep grazing on the soils surrounding the back house. We have children ourselves, and experience how little it is to have space to romp, close contact with animals, and for the adults to have a little respite from everyday life. With a bus stop just below the house you do not depend on a car. 10-12 minutes drive to Lillesand city center, a fantastic idyllic southern village. Along the pier edge, restaurants are in a row and row and there is something for everyone to find. From the residence it is about 20 minutes drive to Dyreparken and about 30 min drive to Kristiansand City Centre.
