The prime location is in a quiet neighborhood yet offers easy access to everything including the stunning Windansea beach. You will be walking to the beach, coffee, shops. The main suite is in the back of the house, creating a private space away from the rest of the house.

All rooms have newest model mini split ACs, you can set the desired temperature. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes away from the Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd with lots of bars, restaurants and night life. It is yet in a residential area, away from the noise.

This mid-century modern jewel offers one of the best views in San Diego while still being walking distance (9 blocks) to the beach. You'll get a 1 bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, living room with a futon couch (suitable for only one adult or two kids). I live upstairs and have a deck so you get your own private deck below me with a firepit and jacuzzi. Perfect place for a couple (or possibly a family with 2 small children).
