The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

This newly-renovated stylish self-contained annex is next to a medieval house in a lovely countryside setting. Convenient access to the major motorways (close to the M1, M6 and A14) and Rugby train station, and near Coombe Abbey, The Cotswolds, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Stratford. Access to outside patio area, next to an orchard. We welcome long term corporate bookings and business guests at Oakdene annex. We can also accommodate Monday-Friday business guests, minimum 2 night stays.

Welcome to ‘The Bungalow’ my beautiful two bedroom home from home. Situated in a quiet culdisac. The bungalow has two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one single). Can sleep 4/5 if using the sofabed. There is Asda, and Co-op a few minutes walk away. Many other amenities nearby. Walking distance to the University Hospital and easy access to the M6. Around 15 minutes drive into the city centre. The bus stop is just around the corner. Driveway with parking for two cars.
