In the old town heart with comfort and style

Historic 100mq house from the 1600s completely and finely restored in a modern style. The house present many original elements, starting from the marbles, from the large wooden French windows, to the balcony with the typical wrought iron railings, and has been completely restored creating a combination of history and modernity. Composed by entrance room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen-living area and each room is equipped with air conditioning. 2 euros per person per day as tourist tax.

The old bandit's refuge is located in the village of Monte Agruxiau, 4 km from the historic center of Iglesias and 6 km from the nearest beaches. It is a historic home, with a beautiful stone facade, completely renovated and furnished. It consists of a living room-kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a bedroom on the first floor. The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
