Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

On the terrace there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of 2 cottages: - a 30m² fully equipped studio/cottage with a 180cm double bed & a 130cm sofa bed - a 10m² little cottage with two 90-cm beds (this one lacks water & a toilet 💦) Note: This accommodation is not suitable for families with younger children👌

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice guest house of about 25 sqm with a loft (low ceiling height) with 3 beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room. With a glassed patio and a porch, the living space will be twice as large. Lillstugan has two beds. Good equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is amazing with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sunbathing, or to borrow our two canoes for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy good dinner, barbecue and at the same time watch the sun go down.

Cozy walking trails, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower one has a roof over it in case it rains. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as a municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
