Lovely deck surrounded by flowers and bushes in the summer. It is within walking distance to the sea and swimming, nature, park and cafes. At the same time it is only 20 minutes by car to central Gothenburg and about half an hour by bus. The house is also fine to share and live two families together. Welcome!

Relax in this unique and quiet home that straddles the entire Askim fjord all the way to the Tistlen. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the screezes of the seagull for the morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there are no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the knot. Self check in close to city - charge your car

Modern living in separate annex close to the nature with lake. Bus connections to the city. Separate parking space. For a smaller fee you can charge your veichle. The apartment is in a separate building from the main house. The upper level of the annex/garage has is neat and reached by a spiral staircase. At the ground floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher and a recently built kitchen. Convenient check in with code lock. Towels and sheets included.

The house is located privately located in relation to the dwelling house and to arrive you go up a large number of steps.
