Well-equipped 50 m2 townhouse, good location, close to shops, a short walk to the Jardin des Plantes. Bus stop is 300 m from the house. The city center is 10 minutes by bus. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, no parking in front of the house, quiet guaranteed. Parking is free on the street. It has two adjoining bedrooms. A beautiful kitchen and a fairly spacious shower room. Linens are carefully provided. The coffee maker is a Senseo.

15 km or 15 minutes from the historic center of ROUEN by Autoroute, 10 km from the Seine Valley (Route des Fruit) in a quiet area close (10 'walk) to all amenities and shops. Even if dates are blocked on my calendar, feel free to contact me, I can open at any time, but not at night: it's a matter of logistics, being a caregiver for my 96-year-old mom: So it's my personal home that I'm making available to you!
