The guest house with the vacation lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural property Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love of clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain eye for special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

If you want to spend your vacation in the countryside, you've come to the right place. On 4000 square meters you will find peace and relaxation and numerous seating options. For the little ones, a trampoline, a table tennis table, a digging box and a play tower are available. Our pets (ducks, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and a dog) are waiting for loving caresses. Our small guest house can accommodate four sleeping units.

The house "Feldrain" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Baltic Sea house near Kühlungsborn

If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of tourism and still want to spend your vacation near the beach, you have come to the right place. Our small, simple but cozy cottage is located in Wichmannsdorf, near Kühlungsborn. The cottage is perfect for anyone who wants to have relaxation and peace and likes to look out into the countryside from the bedroom window.

Kägsdorf beach 2

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach without resort tax between Kühlungsborn (3 km) and Rerik (5 km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings in July and August minimum 5 days. Open architecture, modern interior, cozy yet unobtrusive - that is our architect house Meerling. Two spacious cottages (H and N) over 2 floors each (approx. 120 m²) with beautiful garden, sun terrace, fireplace, sauna and private parking including charging station for electric vehicles.

Lille Hus is a small cottage in Bastorf for 2-4 people. Excursions in the area, such as the Kühlungsborn, which is only 4 km away, can be reached perfectly by foot or bike. Lille Hus is decorated in Nordic style and offers everything for a relaxing holiday.
