The cottage is a Grade II listed barn conversion offering a welcoming base for your stay. Heating is provided by a biomass boiler, so very eco friendly. There is also a wood burning stove to keep you cosy. We are in a quiet village called East Cottingwith: a fantastic base for visiting York and touring Yorkshire. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

The exterior of the barn conversion features a rustic brick facade with wooden framed windows and doors. A set of steps leads to the main entrance, flanked by potted plants. The surrounding area is laid with gravel, providing a clean and spacious approach.
