In just 2 minutes by car you can reach the panoramic train in Hollersbach in the ski or hiking area of Kitzbühel and also in 2 minutes by car. You will come to the Bramberg Smaragdbahn, which takes you to the Wildkogel ski or hiking arena. You can start your cycling tours directly at our house, as we are located directly on the bike path. Doesn't that sound like the ideal base for an active family vacation in the summer or winter?

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
