It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

CBD can be reached in less than 25 mins by car and be at the nearest beach in under 15 mins!

This brand-new studio overlooks a private backyard and has its own separate access. With a stylish bathroom and a cosy kitchen space, it’s perfect for up to two guests.
