Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. You have access to several hiking trails in the forest and countryside, proximity to the lake with swimming and fishing and to the village's pride, a really nice bus museum. The large window section creates panoramic views of the lake, and breaks down the boundaries between indoor and outdoor life. The house accommodates 12 people and has six unique bedrooms, two bathrooms in beautiful raw materials, a kitchen, and a cozy integrated living room. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.
