In large house under renovation, apartment 6/8 people complete on the first floor with terrace, on the edge of the Chaux forest. 25 min. from Dole (30/35 from Tavaux) and 25 min from Besançon, 15 min. Arc and Senans. Numerous sights and hikes nearby. (Salines Royales, thermal baths, Citadel, caves...) 2 km from the Véloroute (Eurovélo6) and very close to the Doubs River. Breakfast and/or dinner baskets possible upon request in advance. Possibility to rent the rooms individually.

Quiet apartment renovated on the ground floor of a house located in a cul-de-sac, with garden, terrace, plancha, equipped kitchen, parking space, Netflix - 5-minute walk to all amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy...) - 5/10 minute walk to the University of Burgundy Dijon-Bouloie campus, and the AFPA - 3 minute walk to bus stop N°3, it will take you in less than 10 minutes to the train station and the city center, buses until midnight. Our pet friends are allowed.

Its location below my house allows it to always stay cool even during high heat. For the winter, connected thermostatic valves have been installed to adapt the heating to your needs. Enjoy my home while I'm away;) You will have a large living room, a large equipped kitchen, 6 beds: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed, 2 individual beds in the living room. The apartment is at the exit of the A36 Besançon Saint Claude motorway/city center. You can reach the city center of Besançon in less than 15 min drive, 5 min by the SNCF shuttle.
