We are in a great location to catch a sunset, whale watch, take a stroll along the beach, search through the tide pools at low tide, or check out the lighthouse. All right across the street . So many possibilities! We are also in a prime location to watch fireworks on 4th of July. This is a bottom floor unit.

Ample yard space to play games or just enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves hitting rocks. Many birds flying by chasing and playing with one another. You’ll hear sea lions and may see whales spouting. Many boats sailing. It’s endless. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with ample parking . No pets are not allow, no exceptions. Fireplace is not for use.
