We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Ideal starting point for experiences in our beautiful surroundings, walking or cycling. The train station and bus are about 7 minutes away, Dresden/airport 40 km, Bautzen 27 km, Elbe Sandstone Mountains about 40 km, Spreewald about 80 km

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

Die Badebox in der Alten Baderei in Kamenz bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, sich im Schutz einer Jahrhunderte alten Eibe und einer faszinierenden Geschichte zurückzuziehen und eine Auszeit zu genießen. Natürliche Materialien bieten ein angenehmes Raumklima. Aussergewöhnliche Fundstücke prägen das Design. Die Badewanne ist das zentrale Element des Raumes. Eine Saisonküche bietet die Möglichkeit der Selbstversorgung. Liebevoll gestaltete Außenbereiche sorgen für Entspannung.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Get out of the countryside right on the swimming lake - Holidays at the edge of the Lusatian Lake District. Our house is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. In the immediate vicinity are a playground, a swimming lake and an ostrich farm. The environment invites for extensive walks and bike rides. Enjoy the scent and listen to the orchestra of the forest. In good weather, you can fall asleep to a skylight overlooking the starry sky.

Holling Vacation Rental

The apartment is located in the countryside about 5 kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen, living room and balcony. A public playground for children is available right behind the house. It is also possible to use the garden directly behind the house. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. It is a cozy 2-room apartment in Kamenz in the district of Jesau which was completely renovated in 2023. The apartment has a 180cm wide box spring bed, a large TV, Wi-Fi, couch (extendable to a sofa bed), several wardrobes, a kitchen, toilet incl. shower and a large balcony. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
