The comfortable apartment with private parking place is situated on the top floor of a chalet in a quiet part of the village with a bakery, supermarket and some restaurants/bars. Ideal situated to make a hike into the mountains, to ski or either to go to lake Geneva to visit Evian or the swiss cities Laussanne, Montreux and Geneva. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

You enjoy this private room ( max. 2 pers.) with an independent entrance. Ideal for a stay discovering the region, hiking , skiing or for a stop on the holiday route. Our chalet is a 5 min. walk from the departure of the Creusaz gondola (MP partner) , the supermarket, a restaurant and the forest. Les Marécottes train station ( Mont Blanc Express) , the alpine zoo with its restaurant and swimming pool are a 15/20 min. walk away.
