Beautiful house (year of construction 2020) with sunny terrace at the foot of the Auerberg in Bernbeuren. The apartment extends over the first floor + second floor. In the attic there is a detached apartment. To the southeast you have a magnificent mountain view. All rooms newly furnished, 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, TV room with sofa bed for 2. 2x55" smart TV + Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels. Bath and shower, toilet, washing machine. Parking at the house. Access to our tourist guide with tested GPX tracks and restaurants.

Experience the Riviera of the Allgäu in this modern furnished apartment with mountain views. "Small but nice" this description fits exactly into the 35 sqm apartment with a lot of love for detail. It was equipped with high-quality furniture such as a box-spring bed with the dimensions 160 × 200 without a footboard. The bathroom includes a spiral shower with massage jets and integrated underfloor heating as well as a towel warmer. The spacious terrace invites you to linger.

A bright and inviting living space features a round table surrounded by two pink chairs, and a wooden dresser against one wall. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome - whoever you are. Children are very welcome. Ideal for 2 families, generation meetings or circles of friends. The charm of the house is certainly the history of the cheese kitchen from 1890 paired with an individual interior. Also valuable, the interiors are very spacious on over 200 square meters of living space. There is plenty of space for you to spend time together and plenty of retreats to be on your own.

A bright living area is showcased with large sliding glass doors that open to a balcony, offering a view of the surrounding mountains. A wooden coffee table is centered on a light rug, with a comfortable seating arrangement including a sofa and decorative pouf. Natural light fills the space.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
