The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. nice apartment in the center of a small village. it is 5 minutes from Conlie where you will find all the shops and services, the World War II museum 15 minutes from Sillé-le-Guillaume where you can go around the lake, enjoy the beach (supervised), pedal boats, windsurfing, discover the Sillé forest by marked hiking trails etc.... 25 min from the center of Le Mans (24-hour circuit, museum...) very nice village to see and much more...

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.
