Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is divided into two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily take trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our property. Perfect for commuters, the Swiss border 5-10 minutes away by car. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafés. Nearest bus stop: 2 min walk

Spacious farmhouse for family and friends

The property is located in an old spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. There is public transport, but a car is an advantage. In a two-minute walk you can reach the bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank. We are child friendly and non-smokers. I do a duck breeding. The ducks are in a part of the garden.

An apartment of unusual layout immediately lets the senses wander. Starting from the hallway, you get to the room and back to the hallway in a tour. The view from the windows of the dining and living room offers a magnificent view of the old city church from the Middle Ages and exudes a historical atmosphere, and yet the modern furnishings do not miss anything.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
