Das Haus ist unser Wohnhaus und wir vermieten es in unserer Abwesenheit. Es gibt viel Platz (125qm auf drei Etagen) und Licht. Ihr könnt die Küche und die Bäder benutzen. Es gibt Spielsachen für die Kinder, die gerne benutzt werden dürfen. Besonders schön ist es , in der Morgensonne in der Wohnküche zu frühstücken oder in der Abendsonne im Dachgeschoss zu chillen. Beachte: Es ist uns nicht möglich, unsere gesamten persönlichen Dinge wegzuräumen. Dies ist kein reines Ferienhaus (siehe Fotos)!

The calm and decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake. The outside and entrance area of the property is equipped with a surveillance system camera. The maximum capacity of guests is limited to 6 persons. After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

Located in southeast Prenzlauer Berg / north Friedrichshain, on the grounds of the historic former "Schlachthof," this stylish home offers a peaceful, light-filled retreat in the heart of the city. Please note: quiet hours begin at 10 pm in respect of our neighbours.

We rent a large and modern house with a very nice furnishing (good for families with kids). On three floors everyone will find a place for themselves, even very small guests and teenagers. The house has a small garden with terrace, which can be used by visitors. Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere.
