This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. We rent a large house with a very nice furnishing and decor (good for families with kids on Berlin visit). Biesdorf is very conveniently located, you can enjoy the nature and the quiet but is within 15-20 minutes in the city center.

Came to stay.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

This unique place has a style all its own. Pretty remise with private garden and access to the communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but no more than 3 people. It consists of an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here, you can also go directly to the communal pool area. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style and has a floor-level shower.

Our house is a cozy retreat for everyone in all seasons. In addition to a gas central heating, you can also light the large fireplace and cook on the wood-burning stove. In summer, we have a large lawn, a BBQ fire bowl with a grill ring and a large dining area with a parasol for you in our beautiful flower, fruit and vegetable garden. When it rains, we also have a small cozy terrace with panoramic windows.

The kitchen features wooden beams and white cabinetry, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. A central island adds workspace, while large windows invite natural light. Modern appliances, including a coffee maker and oven, complement the rustic design, emphasizing functionality and comfort.

This place is perfect for families or couples who just want to unwind and unwind. Altlandsberg is about 45 minutes by car from Alexander Platz, which is in the middle of Berlin. The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 10 minutes away by car, where you can be back in the center of Berlin within 40 minutes. The nearest shopping is a 5-minute drive away.
