The apartment is on the north side of the house, so the temperature does not rise above 24°C even on the hottest summer days, and an air cooler also supports the ideal climate. With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

We have preserved the old buildings: the residential house and the barn have been reborn as a modern, comfortable, refined guest house.
