One room studio (8X16feet of living space plus deck) newly built but very compact plus bathroom with shower. Walking distance to nearby Garbor Park. Uber & Easy Freeway access to UC Berkeley, Montclair, Rockridge, San Francisco and many Bay Area treasures. My son lives in space above. He is very considerate regarding noise.

Conveniently located 3-5 minutes Very close to UC Berkeley campus, Chez Pannise, Gourmet Ghetto, Downtown Berkeley and 1 mi. from Tilden Park 2,000+ acres. You’ll love my studio space because of the quiet, the gardens, including a new zen garden, the natural light, the neighborhood, and the coziness of in-floor radiant heat and a memory foam queen bed.

Charming Private Cottage near Famous 4th Street Shops

French doors open onto the serene garden in this stylish and well appointed space. The cottage is a large, newly renovated studio located in our backyard garden. There is wifi, a television, a kitchen with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and cookware and utensils. The bathroom shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests to enjoy. There is a queen sized bed and extra linens for the queen sized pull-out sofa bed.

Welcome to the Claremont Casita, a Spanish-style guest house that sits at the top of our property. Enjoy views of the Claremont hills, outdoor space to relax, a fully appointed kitchen (everything but an oven), Tempur-Pedic queen bed, and comfortable common areas, all in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from Claremont shops, Rockridge, and close to BART and freeways. Ample street parking is available.

You need have no contact with owners. Completely separate building with own entrance & no contact on arrival or departure. Lovely sunny room opening to a serene and private patio for outdoor relaxing. In a quiet but vibrant community. Walk to or take public transportation to UC campus, Downtown Berkeley, Ashby BART Station (easy 20 minute walk), the famous Berkeley Bowl grocery store (15 minute walk), and much more.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills (fenced in yard)

Nested in the Berkeley Hills, next to Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. This cozy space includes a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate fees so they must be included on your booking so we can plan for them.

Large light-filled studio near Fourth Street

All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.
