A spacious 1 bed apartment with room for four guests, glorious views over distant countryside with private access and secluded patio garden. One bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and lounge/kitchen/diner with one large and comfortable sofa bed. Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine and microwave with crockery and utensils. An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life? Or just need a change of scenery? Our cosy and romantic Cabin nestled at the top of our Cottage garden could be just what you need. Overlooking beautiful Dorchester Abbey in the heart of the South Oxfordshire countryside. The Cabin is situated at the centre of the historic village of Dorchester-on-Thames. One well behaved dog is welcome too to explore The Thames path, Wittenham clumps and the nearby Chilterns.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
