In one room there is plenty of room for an extra bed if needed. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV. The house has two bathrooms with shower in both bathrooms. The townhouse has a patio on both the front and back to be able to use as many hours of sun as possible. There is a possibility to charge an electric car if desired.

Welcome to our cozy Grandfather's Cottage, which is located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs.
