Mijn studio is 30 m2 groot en is volledig ingericht en vrij nieuw. Ideaal voor koppels, zaken reizigers en toeristen naar Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden, Delft, Utrecht. Stranden bereikbaar binnen 30 a 60 minuten, afhankelijk van manier van reizen (Scheveningen, Kijkduin etc.). Keukenhof (tulpen) ook goed bereikbaar. Zoetermeer heeft ook aardig wat goede restaurants op loopafstand van de Bnb. Verwijzing naar fietsverhuur mogelijk. Goede plekken voor open waterzwemmen mogelijk, vraag host

Located between The Hague and Rotterdam, you have the house all to yourself in a quiet residential neighbourhood walking distance from the village centre. Public EV chargers in the vicinity. It is spacious, a great place to work and relax. The house is in 1970's style. It is well equipped, has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and more. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

It offers an unique stay close to the river Rotte and two large parks, the Kralingse Bos and the Lage Bergse Bos. There are two bikes you can use for free. When you come by car, in this part of the city you can park for free as well.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek & Bloem who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.

Completely renovated comfortable guest suite with own entrance. Separate bathroom with shower/toilet. You can use our garden with loungeset. You can use 2 bikes for free. Zoetermeer is in the centre of nice places to go, 60 km Amsterdam, 15 km Den Haag, 20 km Rotterdam and 15 km Delft.
