A gem in the Skellefteå archipelago.

A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Cozy accommodation with lake view in a scenic area. The house was partially renovated in 2020. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, kitchen, large bathroom and a small toilet. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Welcome to a new studio apartment in private villa. Separate entrance. Peaceful neighbourhood in central location. Close to city centre and good communications. City centre - 1km Bus to city centre (and Northwolt )-250m Forest with nice tracks for walking and skiing - 500m. Outstanding grocery store nearby. Parking Wi-Fi High quality bed Sheets and towels Independent check in available Coffee, tea, oil etc. Cleaning and breakfast can be organised (fee). Discount for prolonged stay.

Mysig stuga byggd 2017 med fantastisk sjöutsikt, egen liten gård och parkering, lantligt belägen i byn Norra Bergfors, endast 200 m från sjön Varuträsket, 1 km från badplats och ca 15 km från Skellefteå. Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Warm welcome to our house! We rent out our downstairs, which is like a separate apartment. You will have your own entrance, a kitchenette, toilet with sauna, free parking with engine heater and access to laundry room. The property is a 15-minute walk to the city center, a few minutes' walk from grocery stores and bus stop. Located in a quiet residential area, close to nature, ice rink and cross-country ski trails.

En mysig liten timmerstuga på 35 kvm, 150 meter från Skellefteåälven. Tillgång till brygga vid älven. Uteplats med allt du kan tänkas behöva. Grill mm. Stugan har el men saknar rinnande vatten. Vattendunkar ingår. Spis & Micro finns. Elljusspår med fina promenadstråk just utanför dörren. Stugan ligger inbäddad i skogen med bara 1 mil till Skellefteå centrum. Utedass. Det finns ingen dusch.

The house is located in a child-friendly neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa.
