Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.

Super cosy flat with sunny balcony

Mon appartement est situé dans un arrondissement calme et charmant de Paris. Au 5e étage sans ascenseur, il dispose d’un balcon filant qui donne sur la chambre et le salon. Le hall d’entrée dessert toutes les pièces. La chambre dispose d’un lit de 1m40 sur 1m90. Le salon a un canapé 2 places et un pouf 1 place et est ouvert sur la cuisine. La salle de bain à une petite baignoire et les WC sont dans une pièce à part. Toutes les pièces de l’appartement ont une fenêtre.

Refurbished studio, warm, comfortable, sofa bed , kitchenette, bathroom with shower, Wifi with fiber, unobstructed view on the 8th floor. Deep cleaning. Ideal location 2 minutes from line 14 and line C: Bibliothèque François Mitterrand station, close to the BNF, Tolbiac bridge. Velib and autolib station downstairs from the building. Very lively neighborhood (shops, cafe, restaurants, MK2 cinema, BNF ). Common entrance with Hotel, very warm, 24-hour welcome, secure.

Apartment in the heart of New Paris XIII ! right next to the BNF (Bibliothèque François Mitterrand) and its quay of Seine. The apartment was completely renovated in 2013 by me as an Architect. I live there and am happy! The neighborhood is really nice, and 2 minutes from LINE 14! you will find all the elements to have a good stay in Paris!
