Openslaande deuren naar de afgesloten tuin op het zuiden 5x7 L-vormige kamer met open keuken ( kitchenette) Aanwezig: Koelkast met vriesvak. Afwasmachine. waterkoker. Oven. Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Boek nu je voorjaars- en zomervakantie!

Sfeervol en zeer ruim vakantiehuis met een heerlijke tuin. Gelegen in de rustige, oude dorpskern, maar helemaal vrij. Je hoort hier de vogels, geniet van de bloemen. Centraal gelegen, maar heerlijk rustig. Parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Wij helpen en adviseren je met heel veel plezier. Ideaal voor een lekkere ontspannen vakantie, maar ook voor de sportievelingen is er nu zoveel te doen. En moet je toch werken, aan de ruime keukentafel met goede wifi zit je heerlijk.

Walking distance from beach, Super clean & and me as a host that cares! All beds are made, and great towels! It has a huge sunny, fenced garden with complete privacy. The location from the sea is only 1500 m Generally ideal for families and nature/bicycle lovers Duplo and toys in the house.
