Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Former outbuilding of a waterfront villa, this 70m² house offers direct and road-free access to the beach. The private garden of 40 m² is south-facing and sheltered from the wind. Two levels: a living space with living room and open kitchen downstairs. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet (bedroom 1 with double bed 160 X 200, bedroom 2 with bunk bed 3 beds 140 X 190 and 90 X 190). The house was completely renovated in 2019, it is equipped with all modern comforts.
