Nice house refurbished and completed in July 2024. You will find all the comforts to spend peaceful weekends and vacations. Between Niort and La Rochelle, at the gates of the Poitevin marsh, this small house is located in the center of Mauze sur le Mignon. Bakery and bar/tobacconist/newsstand right next door as well as restaurants, pharmacy, schools, shops, municipal pool and train station 5 min walk. A parking space is dedicated in the shared courtyard. Bed and shower linens included.

The cottage has a private heated swimming pool (6m x 4m) from mid-April to mid-September (depending on the weather) to spend wonderful moments with family or friends.
