Very nice studio in a residence in Bénodet, direct access to the thalasso, fully equipped (TV, combined microwave oven, equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower) sea view from the balcony. You will be a few meters from the large beach of Trez and the cliff road. Nearby there is a casino, a cinema... The place is ideal for discovering Quimper; Concarneau; Pont l'Abbé; La Torche, le Guilvinec.... No WiFi in the accommodation, you can enjoy the city's WiFi while walking around.

House completely renovated in 2013, very pleasant to live, southwest facing, large living room of 50 m2 solid oak parquet, terraces. Ty Mamick is ideally located for lovers of walking or cycling. The sea is 200 m away, you access it by a wooded pedestrian path that borders a small fish pond.
