Cozy studio with sea view

Very nice studio in a residence in Bénodet, direct access to the thalasso, fully equipped (TV, combined microwave oven, equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower) sea view from the balcony. You will be a few meters from the large beach of Trez and the cliff road. Nearby there is a casino, a cinema... The place is ideal for discovering Quimper; Concarneau; Pont l'Abbé; La Torche, le Guilvinec.... No WiFi in the accommodation, you can enjoy the city's WiFi while walking around.

Unusual triplex nestled between sky, sea and harbor coffee in the heart of the pretty 5-star seaside resort of Bénodet in Finistère-Sud. Everything is within walking distance: the port, the beach, the cliff road, restaurants, thalassotherapy, casino, artisanal ice cream... within a 300 m radius. Triplex ideal for 1 or 2 couples for a city getaway by the sea. Excellent starting point for exploring the Finistère-Sud between Concarneau and the Pointe de La Torche.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small residence of four apartments WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay, and a large bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. Wifi and connected TV. Occupancy capacity for up to 2 people. In the heart of the village, you can do anything on foot. Parking in small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite places and places.
