THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Our apartment is located in Hohegeiß, a district of Braunlage. Hohegeiß is centrally located in the Harz Mountains at 640 meters above sea level. It is a place of relaxation for vacationers seeking peace and quiet. In summer, it is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. In winter, ski resorts are available in the village and nearby. There are excursion possibilities, for example, to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. The guest fee of €3.00/night for adults is charged in cash on site.

Our apartment is located in a rustic, over 100-year-old half-timbered house. The large, bright apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house. There is another apartment on the ground floor. The apartment is perfect for couples who are active but also want to relax in front of the fireplace or on the large wooden terrace.
