Unique, renovated finca in Teulada with HEATED pool. Located on the top of the hill, with breathtaking views to Moraira and Javea! Luxury on a unique tranquil location.This restored finca is located in a cul de sac. Within walking distance of Teulada (shops, restaurants,..) and only a few km's from Moraira, Benissa and Javea. Beautiful (heated) swimming pool. 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of parking. For the holidaymaker looking for peace, but still close to everything!

Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
